Grill & Cooking Equipment

Deep clean of burners, grates, drip trays, burner tubes, and all cooking surfaces — including fryers, ovens, and flat tops. Grease removed to bare metal. All makes and models serviced.

Hood & Exhaust System

Full hood cleaning including filters, ductwork, exhaust fans, and grease containment systems per NFPA 96 standards. Filter cleaning and replacement, fan belt replacement, and hinge kit installation available. Before-and-after inspection reports with photos provided after every service.

Duct Work & Fan Cleaning

Complete cleaning of ductwork and exhaust fans — not just the visible hood. Access panel installation available for ducts that need better reach. Rooftop fan hinge installation included where needed.

Stainless Steel Surfaces

Full kitchen degreasing — backsplashes, equipment exteriors, ceilings, walls, and floors. Stainless steel polishing available as an add-on. We leave the whole kitchen clean, not just the grill.

Grease Disposal 

Safe removal and proper disposal of accumulated grease. Grease containment system installation and ongoing maintenance available. Pressure washing of loading docks and dumpster pads also offered.

Before-and-after inspection reports with photos after every visit. Compliance documentation ready for health inspections, insurance audits, and NFPA 96 verification. Walk-in cooler and freezer cleaning documented separately where applicable.

Proper ductwork access is required for compliant hood cleaning. We install access panels in ductwork that lacks them — making future cleanings faster, more thorough, and fully NFPA 96 compliant.

Rooftop Fan Hinge Kit Installation 

Hinge kits allow exhaust fans to tip up for full cleaning access without disconnecting wiring. We install and service rooftop fan hinges so every cleaning reaches the areas that matter most.

Welding & Fabrication

Small repairs to hood systems, ductwork, and kitchen infrastructure handled on-site. No need to bring in a separate contractor for minor metal work.
